“Klamath Housing Authority worked with Brett while he was at CASA. KHA had been trying to purchase a small Rural Development housing project for 2 years with no success, so hired CASA to help, and Brett was assigned our project.

With Brett’s help, KHA was able to negotiate a purchase price with difficult sellers, secure an architect, a CNA provider, an appraiser and various other needed professionals. Because of Brett, KHA was able to obtain financing from Rural Development to purchase the property. Closing a RD deal is difficult at best.
